The air is a buzz with the flutter of wings and the tweet sounds of nature. Birds & Bees takes flight as a duo of spring season diptychs offered as a "mixer" of four mini puzzles in our small box format.
The doubling of straight edges in similar tones will keep you guessing while whimsies and locks will focus on all things from a birds' and bees' eye view: flowers, honeycomb, beehives, bird houses & feeders. A great puzzle to tackle on your own, or with your closest puzzle-solving partner.

Birds and Bees
I purchased the birds and bees puzzle to give to my daughter as a Christmas gift. It is in the mail right now with Purolator and I will look forward to hearing from her when she opens it on Christmas Day. She enjoyed the first one I gave her I wish you continued success with your very interesting and quality business. Marilyn
Tricky and cheerful
I love the colourful, cheerful theme of this puzzle, which is perfect for this time of year when we’re all eager for the return of spring. I start off each puzzle fairly chaotically - without sorting or research - so I was surprised to discover that this puzzle consisted of 4 distinct panels that don’t interlock. I found the build to be quite challenging relative to the piece count, which I’ve come to expect and love about Stumpcraft puzzles. There were lots of tricky line cuts, and I found the grass sections to be particularly challenging, despite being the last section that I tackled. Something unique about this puzzle is that there are a handful of multi-piece whimsies that you can form by connecting pieces in different parts of the puzzle After finishing the puzzle, I always look forward to reading more about the design in the Deep Dive blog on their website. I learned there that this puzzle was 3 years in the making and that’s one of my favourite things about Stumpcraft and other small wooden puzzle companies. The craftsmanship and thoughtful design really shines through in these unique pieces that germinate over time.
